Quitting is very easy to do. When you go to sleep at night you quit smoking for that duration. If you are hospitalized, you quit smoking for that duration. You quit because your mind will put the urge to smoke on a very high shelf until such time when you can re-engage the urge without stress.
Quitting will always be temporary because the urge is still in the mind, just on a high shelf. Many will constantly fail at permanent elimination of smoking cigarettes because they are conditioned to quit the act of smoking, they are shooting at the wrong target.
