Pollination Gardens Attract Native Bees and Non-Bee Insects

MCMINNVILLE, Tenn. - March 6, 2017 - PRLog -- Planting a pollination or pollinator garden is one of the hottest gardening ideas for 2018. Consisting of primarily native plants, planting an assortment of these trees, shrubs and perennials that bloom from late winter all the way through to late fall will attract from 4000 native bee species, birds, hummingbirds, bats and other non-bee insects.

Hybrid plants are designed and created for specific purposes, often to solve problems within that plant species. In developing hardier, prettier plants, some things are given up. Many hybrid plants produce little to no nectar and pollen for our bees and non-bee pollinating insects."
