BURBANK, Calif. - March 1, 2017 - PRLog -- United Field Services, Inc. is uniquely positioned to provide high quality property preservation services through our various functional and specialized departments. These departments are put in place to ensure that employees become experts through division of labor in their respective departments and that the company can meet and exceed all client and regulatory standards.

Vendors are considered partners and each department makes every effort to ensure their success. A network of over 800 active licensed contractors and field representatives are hired and managed through the online based vendor management system at ms.unitedffs.com that was put in place in 2013. This streamlines the application process, keeps all date sensitive records updated, and makes it easier to find the contractor closest to the property to meet turn-around time deadlines. Vendors are trained extensively through manuals and webinars. They are kept current on client-specific and industry requirements. United Field Services makes sure that vendors are always prepared and informed through continuous support to ensure the highest quality of work and results.

The New Generation of Property Preservation

Christopher is in charge of business development at United Field Services. He is committed to partnering with the right organizations to provide property preservation, inspection, and renovation services. When he is not working, he enjoys practicing Jiu Jitsu, hiking, camping and reading.

In 2016, Christopher earned his MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management. Prior to that, he received a B.S. in Real Estate and Business Management from California State University, Northridge. He also holds a Real Estate Salesperson License in California.

What are some opportunities you see in the near future for United Field Services?

We want to continue to grow our strong relationships with our clients and vendors. Loyalty and dedication are a major part of our core values.

With the growing reliance on technology, we want to make sure that our organization is staying up-to-date on all the new possibilities provided by these changes. Our goal moving forward is to implement certain technological advancements to make our user experience much easier.

What trends are you seeing among Clients and their expectations?

We are continuously seeing clients wanting a more personalized touch. Additionally, we have seen policies get more stringent with time which has influenced our vendor recruiting and training process. As mentioned before, we are committed to providing the best experience for our clients which is why our vendors are required to go through a more comprehensive sign up process. We've also streamlined the process of our custom vendor management software to ensure all vendors stay compliant with all federal, state, local, client, and industry guidelines.

How Do You Define Continuous Improvement?

Continuous improvement involves being self-aware and being able to identify the weakness of a person or an organization in order to grow. We strongly believe in continuously improving ourselves as individuals and an organization as a whole. This was one of the reasons I decided to go back to school and obtain my MBA. Growth requires time, commitment, and the ability to understand that there is more knowledge and skill to be obtained.

As an organization, we do company-wide training and team-building activities to ensure that we grow as a group in addition to growing as individuals.

What Do You Like The Most About Working In This Industry?

What I like about the industry is that every day is different. Every property is different. There is always something new. I've always enjoyed working with others and this industry allows me to do so. We collaborate with various individuals and organizations on a daily basis to ensure that our clients are satisfied.
