China Advisers confirm Joint Venture

LONDON - Feb. 20, 2017 - PRLog -- China Advisers, the London based advisory service, today confirmed that the joint venture between themselves and Phillips Equity Group, the Tokyo and Hong Kong based financial giant has been finalized and the partnership will be in full practice in the coming weeks.

The joint venture will include the institutional block share sales to China Advisers clients and transfer agent handling of the long awaited IPO of Alipay, (Ant Financial) the financial arm of Alibaba, which is expected to list in the end of the 2nd quarter  or early part of the 3rd quarter of 2017.
