How safe are women in the work place?

ANDOVER, U.K. - Feb. 2, 2017 - PRLog -- As time has gone by, there is an ever-increasing uprise of the amount of road rage on our roads these days. It happens all over the country and world come to that matter.

Aaswell as road rage, there is also potential risk of abuse from inside of the car given by the customer. For example, taxi drivers. Every now and then we hear stories about cabbies on our roads being attacked from inside their cab from a fare that they've picked up. Sometimes this can have devestating and career changing consequences.

Recently, I have spoken with a few female driving instructors in my local town of Andover about any measures they take to combat road rage and are there any risks from thier clients that they are teaching?

Each instructor replied with "we try to teach best practises to all of our clients and we definitely discourage any early signs of raod rage if and when we see any of our learner drivers developing these signs". Of course there is a little bit of anxiety when you first meet a new client but we have to treat everybody as equal and give every client the same service.

We don't judge anybody by what area in the town they live, or how somebody looks. They come to us because they want to learn a new life skill.

Judith from Jude's Driving School in Andover http://www.judesdrivingschool.co.uk/ has mentioned that as a Driving Instructor, sometimes she witnessess her clients driving behaviour a little aggressive at times, she suggests that driving behaviour can be inherited from the clients peers, parents or others, especially if they are a passanger in the car. Some clients think it's ok to verbally express their anger to other motorists whilst they are learning to drive.

I moved onto the subject of personal safety in her car whilst giving tuition and how safe does she feel. Judith from Jude's Driving School in Andover talked in depth about the risks involved with picking up new customers but she told me that most of her clients either come from recomendations from family members. She commented that she in not blind to the fact that picking up a new client does hold risk and admits that she should really start thing about taking measures to combat the issue should she get any unsavoury charachters who want to lern to drive.

I also spoke with another Andover Driving School called Donna's Driving School in Andover http://www.donnasr2i.co.uk and she told me that she carries a panic alarm in her door compartment at all times and she only works part-time and this is through the daytime too. Donna has also put herself on a self-defence course so she gave me a wry smile and said she can handle herself should her learner driver all of a sudden try anything untoward.
