A Q & A followed with Executive Producer Maurice Wilson, Writer/Artist Jiggy Jada, and actor John Echo who plays Buck's father in the movie. America's Rainbow Film Festival celebrated all forms of domestic and international quality films made by and/or starring Urban/Minority LGBT (Q) I (A) Community Members as part of their mission to break the stigma and stereotyping worldwide. *http://www.americasrainbow.org The Bully tells the tale of a Muslim girl, "Erika", who starts a new school and finds herself the victim of relentless bullying. In the resulting emotional turmoil, she finds allies and salvation in unexpected places. The Bully tackles not only the issues of bullying, but that of racism, religion, and sexuality. It is a story of intolerance, but also a story of kindness, forgiveness, and redemption. The film stars Staten Island teen actors, Charles Keppler and Sarah Altreche.
