Mr. Williams is known for for telling it to you straight with no chaser, no sugarcoating! In this book he speaks about why there is so much social and racial unrest  in the world today along with other critical issues.  Mr. Williams has lived all over the world with over 50 years experience in the military, government, and business sectors and has much insight into the social science of the world.

Thoughts of a Common Man Radio, is a talk show loosely based on the book and airs on Radio Valencia every Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 12 Noon with your host Charles Williams and occasional co-host, singer Fatimah "Eyez" Verrell and Gina Alexander "The Producer" as well as great guests, great music, events, ticket giveaways, and discussions that will have everyone talking long after the show is over.
