Who hasn't tried or at least thought about completely changing the way they eat to lose body fat, feel better, or just try to be healthier?  Why does it seem so difficult to do?  Have you seen friends, family or coworkers, drop a ton of weight, and then put it all back on not much later?

There are clear answers to all these questions.  Many answers are specific to each individual of course, but you need to know what is solid information and what is a tempting quick fix sales pitch.  The consumer of diet and fitness information is accustomed to and expecting short-term extreme measures to address their needs.  You may see some progress in the beginning, but anyone can grind it out for thirty days if they know the end is in sight.

At the "How to fix a broken diet 2017" workshop we will cover key topics such as…..

·      How to simply eliminate nutritional deficiencies so your body works as it should naturally.

·      How to identify the key limiting factors in your lifestyle that are holding you back

·      How to identify the key limiting factors in your mind and self image that are holding you back
