ETW to Hold Next CEO Forum at Skysong ASU Innovation Center February 16th
ETW and Able Aerospace CEO Lee Benson will lead the February forum titled, "Setting a Foundation for Managing Growth: Translating foundational readiness into a scalable, sustainable management operating system"
By: Execute to Win
The February forum will be held at Skysong, the ASU Scottsdale Innovation Center, and will explore how foundational readiness can translate into a scalable and sustainable management operating system to manage growth and opportunity.
Lee Benson explains the important role strategic planning plays in the success of an organization, "Strategy sets the foundation for your success and shows how you will differentiate yourself from the competition. It aligns, focuses and energizes the organization to win while evaluating your competitive strengths and weaknesses against what is happening in the marketplace. A living strategy will allow your organization to be agile and move quickly to keep up with ever-changing conditions."
