MESA, Ariz. - Dec. 16, 2016 - PRLog -- Execute to Win (ETW) is pleased to announce the second in a series of quarterly forums designed to share experiences and best practices regarding business optimization and preparedness amongst the Phoenix valley's top C-level executives.

The February forum will be held at Skysong, the ASU Scottsdale Innovation Center, and will explore how foundational readiness can translate into a scalable and sustainable management operating system to manage growth and opportunity.

Lee Benson explains the important role strategic planning plays in the success of an organization, "Strategy sets the foundation for your success and shows how you will differentiate yourself from the competition. It aligns, focuses and energizes the organization to win while evaluating your competitive strengths and weaknesses against what is happening in the marketplace. A living strategy will allow your organization to be agile and move quickly to keep up with ever-changing conditions."

Attendees of the forum will have the opportunity to network with other local executives, and learn how to prepare and set a foundation, in their own organizations, for managing growth.
