TCF Foundation Awards Vail Place $10,000 Grant

 
HOPKINS, Minn. - Dec. 14, 2016 - PRLog -- Representatives from Vail Place, a non-profit organization providing comprehensiveservices,supports,andresources for adults with mental illnesses, announced it has received a $10,000 general operating grant from the TCF Foundation. The award will be used to help enhance and expand Vail Place programs in 2017.

"Vail Place has put itself at the forefront of the integrated care movement in Minnesota," said Stefano Loverso, Vail Place Director of External Affairs. "Support of community partners like TCF Foundation will help us play an even more influential role in providing comprehensive, integrated and easily accessible healthcare for our community."

Over the past year, Vail Place has achieved several goals including an expanded focus on integrated care, resulting in new and developing service delivery partnerships. The organization has also attained increased visibility and subsequent impacts on the mental health system within Minnesota, and the broader community. The grant from TCF Foundation will help the organization continue these important initiatives in 2017 while furthering its goals of providing a whole-person approach to mental health.
