Global Entertainment Technology(GET) CEO Dain Schult, Announces Development of Local Radio Starter
GET CEO, Dain L. Schult, remarked, "From preliminary research being conducted by GET, there appears to be a need for anybody who wants to own and operate their own Internet Radio station to have outside assistance in creating and operating their own station along with handling all the various operational elements including royalties and licensing fees management that come with running an Internet Radio station versus a Terrestrial Radio station which is extremely more expensive to own and operate and comes with considerably more regulatory oversight with licensing, rules and regulations.
"What has developed from this research is the idea for LRS. While there are hundreds of thousands of Internet Radio stations already online worldwide, the desire and demand exists to create more stations allowing for more creative personal expression on the part of individuals, small groups of individuals and even companies who would like to have their own vehicle for music, news, sports or other forms of entertainment in a setting where they can control the content. Any of these groups could possibly benefit from utilizing GET's LRS services.
"Once GET is fully operational, there will be promotional introductions of this service. While there is a finite frequencies spectrum for Terrestrial Radio stations, no such restriction exists on the Internet. Whether someone is looking for a 'hobby' approach to owning their own Internet Radio station or are looking at it from a commercial operations standpoint, GET's LRS services will be able to assist them in the process."
