SAN JOSE, Calif. - Dec. 12, 2016 - PRLog -- KBLX Cares guest Adam Ybarra, filmmaker and Oakland Raiders Former Team Chaplain, discussed his film "Making of a Gangsta" with host Sterling James.

Adam grew up in East Side San Jose, California, in a single parent home, on welfare, surrounded by drugs and gangs. He was the first Hispanic to serve as an NFL Team Chaplain for the Oakland Raiders, where he served from 1999 to 2012. Adam recently produced "Making of a Gangsta," a feature-length documentary that reveals compelling stories of young men and women who entered the gangsta lifestyle.

The Making of a Gangsta Documentary takes aim at root issues of one of the most growing problems (gangs) in North America and its spread around the globe. Because of Adam's belief that "no one is born a gangsta" the Documentary does not focus on violence, drugs, turfs & colors but the transformation of a typical good natured child into a hard-core gang member. After seeing this Documentary, you'll never look at a Gangsta the same way again.
