TORONTO - Dec. 12, 2016 - PRLog -- Accredited Relationship Expert Tal Dew Shaish, CEO of MPower Couple, an organization serving women (and men) in the dynamics of relationship and interpersonal skills building, explains the "MPower Project" was designed to MPower women through a journey of self-discovery using her unique tool, the "MPower Journal". She states, "Healing and wholeness in relationships come in two ways, (1) coming to know yourself and (2) understanding others, yet the challenge is often finding out HOW?"

Tal leads the MPower Project team towards its fundraising goal to release the MPower Journal empowering at least 10,000 women with this self-empowerment opportunity through book studies, workshops, seminars, talks within women's groups, and its outreach to non-profit organizations that support women in various stages and challenges in their lives. Her vision is to reach organizations that support women in crisis, women in transition from mental and physical abuse, and those transitioning from incarceration back into society. While it is obvious these women have struggled with having a healthy relationship with themselves, it is often the destructive relationships with others that cause them even more pain.

When asked how she arrived at this concept, Tal had no hesitation in sharing how she went from being single, confused, and lost in a pattern of dating leading nowhere, to finding and building a healthy relationship with herself through this process. Completing the process, she could handle the single life and dating differently. She is now married to the man of her dreams and they are raising their twins in a happy, balanced, loving household.

Tal has coached and mentored clients through this process. Client success has only been outshined by the requests from more women to have access to this process tool that is leading to MPowered Women who are strong and confident. "We all sometimes need to hear that one voice which says, 'You can do this.' Thank you for being that voice." ~ Natalie

Tal notes that women in this process of growth cross all boundaries of race, religion, socio-economic levels, jobs, careers, and businesses. Embarking on this journey is a familiar process for many women, however, this is a way to focus and shorten the time in the process. Whether a woman remembers any part of her personal journey towards love (or what she thought was love), or one has just started or is currently on the journey, this tool has helped create women who are better leaders, better mothers, better participants in society.

Women who are hurt, moving through and out of hurt can move more easily using the MPower Journal and its process of self-development. Shedding old patterns and gaining new habits for courtship and relationship is what this journal guides one through. "Working with Tal, I've learned to respect and cherish myself and set clear boundaries for others." ~ S.E.

Tal's invitation for others to support and contribute to this cause is open through December 28, 2016. The MPower Project team has added a unique perk to publish 365 (or more) 365 MPowering Quotes submitted by contributors donating a minimum of $25. The Quotes will become a book published with the contributors' names included. It will be dedicated to all of those who are supporting this work. The team is also seeking corporate and philanthropic contributions to assist in reaching their goal.

This project is said to be about more than a book and it is impacting women globally. The activity the MPower Project has generated got us curious. You can find out more at http://mpowercouple.com/journal.
