Boston PainCare Physician named Boston Top Doctor

WALTHAM, Mass. - Dec. 8, 2016 - PRLog -- For the 4th consecutive year, Dr. Zahid H. Bajwa, neurologist and the Director of the Boston Headache Institute at Boston PainCare was named one of Boston's Top Doctors in Pain Medicine by Boston Magazine. Boston Magazine list was again taken from a survey conducted by Castle Connolly Medical Ltd, a healthcare researcher that also publishes America's Top Doctors, a guide to the country's top 1% of medical specialists.

Zahid Bajwa is board certified in both neurology and pain medicine by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.  He is also board certified in pain medicine by the American Board of Pain Medicine Dr. Bajwa is recognized nationally as one of the leading pain and headache specialists in the United States.  He lectures locally and internationally on the assessment and treatment of common and complex headache and migraine disorders.

As a pioneer in his field, he co-authored "Principles and Practice of Pain Medicine" 2^nd and 3^rd editions, the foremost textbook on pain medicine used to educate medical students and specialists in pain medicine. Dr. Bajwa also serves as the Director of Clinical Research at Boston PainCare.
