Kane's Handcrafted Donuts Collaborates with Farmer Willie's Alcoholic Ginger Beer

SAUGUS, Mass. - Dec. 1, 2016 - PRLog -- Kane's Donuts is pleased to announce a collaboration with Boston-based Farmer Willie's Alcoholic Ginger Beer for a limited-edition December flavor of the month, the Farmer Willie's Ginger Beer Donut. The scrumptious Farmer Willie's-Kane's donut creation will be available beginning December 1^st through the month of December at both Kane's Handcrafted Donuts locations: 120 Lincoln Avenue in Saugus and 90 Oliver Street in Boston's Financial District.

Farmer Willie's is a Boston-based, Rhode Island-produced brewery that uses fresh ground ginger, lemon juice and nutmeg to create a dry, balanced and fresh alcoholic ginger beer* (*Note: the donut is not alcoholic, as the alcohol burns off during the cooking process). After Kane's enjoyed success with their most recent partnership with TazaChocolate, they crafted yet another seasonal delight for the month of December – a delicious handcrafted gingerbread donut, dunked in a glaze made from Farmer Willie's Alcoholic Ginger Beer – labeled the Farmer Willie's Ginger Beer Donut.

For the month of December, Kane's is also featuring holiday favorites including the Chocolate Candy Cane Donutmade with Kane's classic chocolate glazed donut, frosted with peppermint icing and topped with candy cane bits. The Egg Nog Donut, a cake style donut made with real eggnog, fresh ground nutmeg and a dash of rum, then dipped in Kane's famous honey glaze. The gluten-free flavor for December is a White Coconut Donut. And to top off the holiday collection, Kane's has also created a Red Velvet Cupcake.

In recent months, Kane's collaborated with Taza Chocolate in Somerville to celebrate National Chocolate Day in late October. Other partnerships included Sons of Liberty Spirits from Rhode Island, Teddie Peanut Butter in Everett and a celebratory donut for Curious George's recent 75^th birthday celebration in September 2016.
