He has more than 13 years of banking experience having held business relationship positions with several other national banking and financial institutions. Crabtree earned a Master of Business Administration from Queens University located in Charlotte, NC, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri, Columbia. He currently serves on the Harris House Foundation of St. Louis Executive Board. In her new role, Nash will serve as the Bank's Security Officer and is also responsible for certain aspects of deposit compliance. Nash, who has more than 17 years of experience, most recently worked at FortuneBank as a compliance officer and security officer. She has also held a variety of management roles with another local bank, including serving as a staff auditor and account services supervisor of deposit operations. She is active with the Midwest Financial Fraud Investigators and the Institute of Internal Auditors. Nash earned a Bachelor of Arts, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Science in Accounting from Fontbonne University located in St. Louis. Albers, who has more than 15 years of event and marketing experience, was hired as the Company's first Director of Marketing & Sales. She is responsible for the creation and management of all corporate-wide marketing strategies and initiatives including advertising, public relations, digital media, and brand positioning, and the development and coordination of all facets of customer and employee events. Her marketing and events management experience ranges from having worked as a Senior Program Manager for Destination St. Louis, Inc., and as an Event Coordinator for the St. Louis Organizing Committee for the 2005 NCAA Final Four Men's Basketball Tournament, and with the St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission. Albers earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Louis University.
