The keynote speaker this year is Michael Stoler.  He is the president of New York State Real Estate TV, LLC as well as managing director of Madison Realty Capital.  Mr. Stoler is also the host and executive producer of "The Stoler Report-New York's Business Report", now in its sixteenth season, as well as "Building New York-New York Life Stories", which is celebrated its twelfth season. Both broadcasts are produced and distributed by CUNY TV, owned and operated by the City University of New York. These shows air on more than twenty four university, educational, community and public access television stations in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
