Mantality Donates $2,500 to Des Moines Police Officers' Credit Union

DES MOINES, Iowa - Nov. 30, 2016 - PRLog -- Mantality, a low testosterone treatment center, donated $2,500 to the Des Moines Police Officers' Credit Union.  The money was designated for the families of recently murdered Sergeant Anthony Beminio and Officer Justin Martin.

Sgt. Anthony "Tony" Beminio, who joined the Des Moines Police Department in 2005, was 39 years old.  He was the third Des Moines officer killed in the line of duty this year.  Officer Martin, who joined the Urbandale Police Department in 2015, was 24 years old.  Urbandale is a suburb of Des Moines, and Officer Martin was the first officer killed in the line-of-duty in the history of Urbandale.  Sgt. Beminio was responding to the original call of the murder of Officer Martin.  Both men were killed ambush-style while sitting in their vehicles.

"We are proud to support the families of these fine officers who made the ultimate sacrifice," said Mantality owner Kevin Meuret.  "We truly appreciate the service they provided to our community and its citizens."  Meuret added that his company "listed the Credit Union's donation page on Mantality's website, and we matched our clients' donations dollar for dollar."
