LONDON - Nov. 29, 2016 - PRLog -- Calling all CIOs, architects, developers, and ops gurus, speaker proposal submissions need to be in by 30th November 2016 for Continuous Lifecycle London. Continuous Lifecycle London is the conference that hosts the leading thinkers and pioneering users in the Continuous Delivery, containerisation and DevOps community. Additionally, early bird tickets are now on sale and are available until 31st January, for savings of hundreds of pounds.

The conference – brought to you by Heise Medien and The Register – brings together the cream of the continuous lifecycle world to reflect on ecosystem changes, learn from peers, and discuss the tools, techniques, and strategies driving software development in the world's fastest moving and most successful organisations. The conference runs across three parallel tracks on two days, with a third day of hands-on, practical workshops.

Last year saw a heavy-weight line-up of leading thinkers in the field, from Continuous Delivery guru Jez Humble, who discussed software delivery in the 21st century, to Etsy senior engineer and ops veteran Katherine Daniels, who discussed the roll-out of a DevOps culture across the entire organisation.

The program committee is still considering speaker applications. The committee is made up of leaders in the field: Dave Farley, a thought-leader in the field of Continuous Delivery, DevOps and Software Development, co-author of the Jolt-award winning book "Continuous Delivery"; Chris Jackson, the Director of Cloud Product Engineering at Pearson; Luke Marsden, head of Developer Experience at Weaveworks; Katrina McIvor, Principal Technologist for DevOps at QA; Joe Fay, group editor at The Register; and Julia Schmidt, engineer and an editor at the German publishing house Heise Medien.

The calibre of the committee ensures high quality and valuable discussion across the conference and workshops. Last year they reviewed over 140 proposed papers. Tickets for the workshops will be released in the New Year.

Joe Fay, group editor at The Register says: "Continuous Lifecycle London 2017 will bring together the doers and decision-makers of the DevOps, containerisation and Continuous Delivery world. The conference's holistic approach not only addresses concepts, processes and tools, but we also get to hear from real world experts on their practical experiences."

Joe continues: "The DevOps community works hard and plays hard, and the event will feature the sort of hospitality The Register's readers have come to expect from its previous events, such as its CIO roundtables, and The Register Christmas and Summer Lectures."

Early bird tickets for the two-day conference are available until 31st January and cost £665 + VAT. Tickets for the workshops will be available after the call for papers.
