Attorney Christin Bucci to Present at the South Dade Chapter of the FICPA on Tax Updates

Fort Lauderdale, FL – Tax Attorney Christin M. Bucci, C.P.A., LL.M of Bucci Law Offices, P.A., will join Raul O. Serrano Jr. to present IRS Tax Updates and Recent Development to the South Dade Chapter of the Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA) on December 3 at the Cuidamar Reception room in Miami.

The program, which is a joint chapter meeting with Miami-Dade and South Dade, will instruct attendees on how to represent a client before the IRS. This discussion will include client rights in the audit of tax returns, collection strategies, and appealing an IRS decision. Ms. Bucci and Mr. Serrano will also cover recent IRS court rulings and developments.
