The Tech Academy is hosting a PIGSquad Talent Talk Dec 20th

PORTLAND, Ore. - Nov. 23, 2016 - PRLog -- The Tech Academy is hosting a PIGSquad (Portland Indie Gaming Squad) Talent Talk at the Tech Academy December 20th.

PIGSquad's Talent Talks are "elements of a talent show or lightning talk in an evening of tutorials, showcases, [and] lectures." Attendees will hear from game developers on their process, experience, instruments their using, and more!

The Tech Academy, who is hosting this event, is no stranger to tech-based events. Every Friday the coding boot camp holds a Tech Talk, where experienced Programmers speak on a variety of topics, from security to .NET. The Tech Academy has also hosted a Code Retreat for Women In Tech, as well as events for Code Oregon and Work Source.

The Tech Academy aims to not merely to be a boot camp, but an advocate for and active member in the programming and larger tech community in Portland, OR.

PIGSquad is a Portland, OR based 501(C)3 organization that promotes and expands the gaming developer community in the Pacific Northwest and online. The group puts on different events, networking opportunities, safe learning & creative spaces.
