Heather Brown Receives 2016 Customer Service Award

COPPELL, Texas - Nov. 24, 2016 - PRLog -- Heather Brown with RE/MAX DFW Associates in Coppell was recently honored with the firm's Customer Service Award for 2016 at the annual company-wide meeting held at the Omni West Hotel of Dallas. Mrs. Brown was recognized as a sales associate who received some of the highest accolades of the year for the service she rendered to her clients.

"After each transaction is completed, our buyers and sellers are mailed a questionnaire asking them to rate the service that they received from their sales associate," notes Mark Wolfe, president of RE/MAX DFW Associates. "Agent promptness, knowledge, courtesy and professionalism throughout the transaction are especially important. Although the national average response ratio is between ten and twenty percent, our firm continues to record a seventy percent plus ratio of returned responses, almost always indicating strong satisfaction with the agent.  Heather is always mindful of the quality of service she gives to her clients and is representative of what we look for in our agents. We are able to see this commitment to her clients reflected in the returned questionnaires received. As would be expected from her strong commitment to her clients and based on the returned questionnaires, Heather gave exemplary service during the year."

Originally from Ponca City, Oklahoma, Ms. Brown moved to the Dallas area almost twenty-two years ago.  She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Elementary Education. She taught for four years in the Carrollton Farmers Branch ISD and also launched a Community Volunteer Tutorial Program before she retired to pursue a career in real estate.  Now celebrating over 15 years as a consistent MultiMillion Dollar Producer with RE/MAX DFW Associates, Mrs. Brown holds an ABR designation and is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.  She and her husband, Brandon, reside in Coppell with their two daughters Tatum, age 18, and Addison, age 16. The family attends The Door Church and Heather is an active participant in other local organizations such as National Charity League and Coppell Cowgirl Volleyball Booster Club.  She is an avid boat enthusiast and a huge proponent of creative do-it-yourself home projects.  She especially enjoys collaborating DIY project ideas with her clients to help them boost their property's appeal and overall value for very little cost.
