Colliers Appointed Leasing Agent for Fairfield, N.J., Office Property

FAIRFIELD, N.J. - Nov. 22, 2016 - PRLog -- Belus Associates has named Colliers International Group Inc. (http://www.colliers.com/en-us/newyorkcity) as exclusive leasing agent for 165 Passaic Avenue in Fairfield. A major renovation is set to launch this fall at the 105,000-square-foot office property.

Colliers' Richard J. Madison, Jack Callahan and Ryan Haggerty – based in the global commercial real estate organization's Parsippany, N.J., office – are heading the 165 Passaic Avenue leasing team. The group currently is marketing units from 1,400 to 12,000 square feet.
