CARROLLTON, Texas - Nov. 21, 2016 - PRLog -- Patti Murray with RE/MAX DFW Associates in Willowbend was recently honored with the firm's Customer Service Award for 2016 at the annual company-wide meeting held at the Omni West Hotel of Dallas. Ms. Murray was recognized as a sales associate who received some of the highest accolades of the year for the service she rendered to her clients.

"After each transaction is completed, our buyers and sellers are mailed a questionnaire asking them to rate the service that they received from their sales associate," notes Mark Wolfe, president of RE/MAX DFW Associates. "Agent promptness, knowledge, courtesy and professionalism throughout the transaction are especially important. Although the national average response ratio is between ten and twenty percent, our firm continues to record a seventy percent plus ratio of returned responses, almost always indicating strong satisfaction with the agent.  Ms. Murray is always mindful of the quality of service she gives to her clients and is representative of what we look for in our agents. We are able to see this commitment to her clients reflected in the returned questionnaires received. As would be expected from her strong commitment to her clients and based on the returned questionnaires, Ms. Murray gave exemplary service during the year."
