AXI International to unveil new technologies at POWER-GEN International

ORLANDO, Fla. - Nov. 21, 2016 - PRLog -- AXI International, a global leader in Intelligent Fuel Management™ solutions, will be exhibiting at the POWER-GEN International Conference at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. The conference, which takes place Dec. 13 through 15, will include more than 1,400 exhibiting companies within the power generation industry and is expected to host more than 20,000 attendees.

POWER-GEN International offers an opportunity for companies to showcase their latest technological advances. AXI International has several recently-released innovations that will be showcased, including its STS 8000 series. This intelligent fuel management system features advanced filtration; an integrated optical particle counter; automatic water removal; fuel additive injection; and a patent pending filter mounting and draining system.

AXI International's FPM series optical particle counter is a self-contained system that also debuted this year. The FPM measures the contaminants within a fuel sample for quick and accurate analysis of fuel cleanliness, providing numerical results in accordance with ISO 4406 and NAS 1638 standards.

AXI International has pioneered the way in off-grid fuel maintenance by introducing the first solar-powered automated fuel filtration system: the SFM-1080. This system is one of the company's latest environmentally conscious, carbon footprint reducing innovations, providing a solution for those with fuel stored in remote locations.

Another new advancement to be showcased at POWER-GEN is AXI International's Powdered AFC. This concentrated, broad spectrum fuel additive is intended for bulk fuel treatment. Specifically formulated for Tier 4 High Pressure Common Rail (HPCR) engines, this performance enhancing powder improves combustion, cleans the fuel system, improves fuel economy, and increases system lifespan.

The MTC-X, AXI International's most popular mobile fuel polishing system will be a featured product on display. This system has a rigid and compact industrial design with unique features, such as an intuitive drain system. AXI International will also be exhibiting its intelligent FTS lineup, which are fully redundant fuel transfer systems.
