Villa de Amore moves its wedding catering onsite and the reviews have been AMAZING!

Delicious wedding catering has always been included in Villa de Amore wedding packages. Local Temecula Valley caterers had been used for this until recently. The Villa has now brought its catering in-house with the expansion of its onsite kitchen and the hiring of Executive Chef Michael Musser.
"The long-term business plan has always been to bring our catering in-house" says Villa de Amore General Manager, David Musser. "We where providing great wedding catering for our couples and their guests but we knew that we could do even better bringing it onsite" David continues, "Chef Michael has a true passion for his menu and we are constantly getting great compliments about it."
"…The food was AMAZING! I was so impressed with the different variety of food choices they had during tastings, and it allowed for us to pick the best meals. We had so many of our guest talk and rave about the food. We enjoyed the variety of different appetizers that were offered (BBQ sliders are a must!) along with the amazing entrees. The food was beyond perfect and delicious!.."
PROFESSIONAL AND PASSIONATE
Chef Michael trained at the San Diego Culinary Institute. He brings a passion for fresh, organic farm-to-table ingredients that make each of his dishes wonderful. We caught up with the Chef as he was preparing for a wedding reception that evening. "I have always loved cooking and decided that I would pursue it professionally"

Two of the more popular dishes Chef Michael prepares include:
Grilled Steak and Fries USDA Prime New York or Ribeye steak served on Russet potato fries, demi-glaze, charred scallion cream fraiche and grilled squash.
Cedar Salmon Norwegian Salmon wrapped in cedar paper served with roasted cauliflower wild rice, green peas and carrots all tossed in dill creme fraiche.
Additional entree items feature Mary's Farm chicken, USDA Prime Pork, fresh made Pastas and more.
Appetizers include wood-fired flat bread Pizzas, a selection of Sliders, Canapes, Crostinis, Chef Micheal's delicious Crab Cakes
