Follow on Google News | Kent Downtown Partnership to Host Holiday Sip 'n Shop Nov. 26 to Celebrate Small Business Saturday8 Local Businesses and 8 Wineries, Cider and Spirits Vendors are Participating
Eight downtown Kent businesses will serve as hosts for the event: · Seattle Children's Bargain Boutique · Kent Teaching & Toys · Treasures · Rusty Raven Studio · Alleluia Catholic Store · Running Stitch Fabrics · Threads & Things · Artsy Fartsy Art Lessons Wine, cider and distillery vendors include: · Schilling Cider · Blackfish Distillery · Three of Cups Winery · Sidetrack Distillery · Nightside Distillery · Naches Heights Vineyard · Michael Florentino Cellars/Gecko Cellars · Leony's Cellars The event will be Saturday, November 26 from 3 PM to 6 PM. Registration will begin at 2:30 PM at Down Home Catering at 211 First Avenue South, Kent. Free parking is available, including street parking, parking lots and garages throughout downtown Kent. Tickets for the event are $20 each and give each participant a commemorative glass and eight tasting tickets to be used at each of the eight locations. All participants must be age 21 or older and must provide ID. All proceeds from the event will support Kent Downtown Partnership, a Kent, Washington-based nonprofit, in its work to revitalize and grow downtown Kent.
