DAV and RecruitMilitary to Produce All Veterans Career Fair in Las Vegas on December 8

LOVELAND, Ohio - Nov. 16, 2016 - PRLog -- DAV and RecruitMilitary will produce an All Veterans Career Fair at the Conference Center of Las Vegas on December 8, 2016 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.

"RecruitMilitary job fairs maintain a track record of helping veterans find meaningful employment," said President Peter Gudmundsson. "Just last year, 56.3% of veteran job seekers expected to secure an interview as a result of their participation in a RecruitMilitary job fair and employers were expected to extend as many as 38,700 interviews and more than 12,000 job offers."

In December of 2015, the RecruitMilitary Las Vegas event connected more than 243 veteran job seekers with 28 exhibitors, including Apple, Inc., The Home Depot and Military Sealift Command.  Participating companies expected to conduct up to 229 interviews and make up to 40 job offers as a result of that career fair.

RecruitMilitary has produced veteran job fairs since 2006 and has held 11 events in Las Vegas, drawing 3,061 attendees and 280 exhibitors. The company has produced more than 814 events in 65 cities across the country.
