Student of IBS, a leading Business School of India, grabbed a Stupendous Package of 47.41 Lakhs

HYDERABAD, India - Nov. 16, 2016 - PRLog -- With the beginning of Placement season at ICFAI Business School, students are grabbing massive packages.

Student 2016 batch of ICFAI Business School, a leading B school in India providing MBA/PGPM programs across India, grabbed a whooping international package of 47.41 lakhs. Highest domestic placement bagged by student of 2016 batch was of 25lakhs per annum, while the average salary was 6.79 lakhs.

While talking to S. Venkata Seshiah, director of IBS Hyderabad about placement he said, "Around 96 percent of student had gone through placement assistance." He also said, "Over 200 recruiter participated in the process, of which 65 percent are repeat recruiter who have been visiting the campus over the years."

Mr. Seshiah quoted, "the BFSI (banking, financial services, and insurance) sector has contributed to 36 per cent of the total placements, while IT/ITES contribution was 30 per cent, followed by consulting, media and research, manufacturing, pharma and healthcare, e-commerce, and infra and telecom."

For entrepreneurial pursuits few student opted out the placement process.

According to spokeperson at IBS, some top companies visited the campus for placement purpose are TCS, Deloitte India, Cognizant, ICICI Group, HDFC bank, Genpact, Capital First, Kotak Mahindra bank,Wipro, JP Morgan India Center, Maruti Suzuki, Amazon Development Centre India, and ITC Hotels.
