Rik Massengale Closes 3 Major Residential Projects Representing Over $22 Million in Sales Volume

DALLAS - Nov. 16, 2016 - PRLog -- RE/MAX DFW Associates Commercial Division and commercial associate, Rik Massengale, is pleased to announce the closing of three major residential projects in the North Dallas suburbs.

In May, Pulte Homes purchased 26 acres located on Campbell Road in Garland from Five Stone Church and plans to develop a new 109 lot subdivision called Gramercy Park. Also, in May, Worthing SE purchased 18 acres located at George W. Bush Tollway and Campbell in Garland and is currently constructing 399 multi-family units called The Heights at Campfire Crossing.

On November 1^st, Rik assisted CalAtlantic Homes in the completion of purchasing 51 acres from 3 land owners in Flower Mound. CalAtlantic plans to develop 128 six thousand square foot lots and 28 ten thousand square foot lots on the property located on the West side of Rippy and Waketon Road. The new development will be called Bradford Park.
