Santa's Frozen Fingers Event Caps 2016 Golf Season & Gathers Toys For Tots

ST. CHARLES, Ill. - Nov. 14, 2016 - PRLog -- The final golf event of this season at The Resort Course at Pheasant Run turns every hole into a par 3, and presents golfers a chance to give back through this year's charity, Toys for Tots.  Snow or shine, the Santa's Frozen Fingers event on Saturday, December 3rd costs just $45 per person, including green fee, golf cart, prize funds and a fantastic dinner after the round. Limited to the first 60 players, the event begins with a 10:30 a.m. shotgun start and any player who brings a new, unwrapped toy to donate to Toys for Tots will receive a free round of golf for the 2017 season.

Pheasant Run's head golf professional, Jamie Nieto, created the event to both give back to the community and get in one last game before the season's end. He explains, "Golf fans have made this a great annual event and adding the opportunity to play Santa as well, we hope to make a lot of kids smile with the toys we gather.

The Maddox-designed 18-hole course is a par-72 which welcomes the average player and challenges the advanced. Make this holiday a hole in one with a special gift: a 2017 golf club membership. Seasonal membership includes full use of the resort swimming pools, fitness facility, golf course, practice facility, discount programs and golf guest privileges.  Annual membership fees for 2017 begin at $2,100 for individuals and $3,300 per couple.
