Westmount Realty Capital Hires Kristie McBee as Senior Director-Asset Management

DALLAS - Nov. 14, 2016 - PRLog -- Westmount Realty Capital, LLC (http://www.westmountrc.com/) (Westmount) is pleased to announce that commercial real estate veteran Kristie McBee, RPA, CPM, CCIM, has joined the company as Senior Director-Asset Management.  She will oversee the asset and property management of Westmount's office and industrial assets across the country.

McBee has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and her diverse background includes asset and portfolio management, property management, capital markets, risk management and accounting.  Prior to joining Westmount, she served as the Vice President of Asset Management for Leon Capital Group with a primary focus on the Company's 100+ commercial real estate assets as well as managing and coordinating the disposition of the firm's extensive portfolio of real estate owned assets.  She also was the Director of Asset Management for Greenway Investment Company (http://greenwayinvestment.com/) in Dallas, where she developed a property management business unit that managed more than 50 commercial real estate assets and was responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to the asset and property management business unit. McBee was previously with Cobalt Capital Partners as an Asset Manager, where she was directly responsible for a 3.8 million square foot light industrial portfolio with an approximate asset value of $160 million consisting of 53 assets and 145 tenants. Before joining Cobalt Capital Partners, she spent 15 years at Trammell Crow Company (http://www.trammellcrow.com/EN/Pages/home.aspx) where she worked in asset management, property management and accounting during her tenure.

McBee graduated from Sam Houston State University (http://www.shsu.edu/) with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Accounting.  She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson and holds a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from SMU / CREW. She is also an active member of CREW and has a passion for inspiring and empowering women and children through leadership development and philanthropic involvement.
