New Models Open at D'Andrea Tomorrow

SPARKS, Nev. - Nov. 11, 2016 - PRLog -- Lennar is hosting an event as they open brand new models at their D'Andrea community this Saturday, November 12, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Prospective homebuyers and members of the public are invited to tour the gorgeous, professionally-decorated model homes, enjoy complimentary food from Kenji's food truck and take part in a live radio broadcast. Older model homes will be hosting a furniture sale just across the street, with slightly used items such as lamps, tables, desks, décor, linens, chairs and more.

At the D'Andrea community this Saturday, the Juniper and Santa Maria plans will be available for touring.  The Santa Maria plan is one of Lennar's Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® floorplans. Designed to accommodate multigenerational living scenarios, which are typically defined as three generations together under one roof, a Next Gen® home has an attached private suite with its own entrance, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. This allows for as much direct access to, or privacy from, the main home as is needed or wanted on each individual basis.

The Santa Maria provides 2,675 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and a three-bay garage in total. This two-story layout is perfect for families who are looking to accommodate aging parents or grandparents, families with grown millennial children still or college or anyone who wants to have the perfect guest suite. The Juniper plan, which will also be available for touring at Saturday's event, is a great single-story family home. It provides three bedrooms and two bathrooms atop 1,950 square feet.

The event will take place on Saturday, November 12^th from 10 a.m. to  p.m. at 3026 Vincinato Drive in Sparks. To find the models, from Vista Boulevard head east on North D'Andrea Parkway and turn left onto Vincinato Drive.
