AMHERST, N.Y. - Nov. 23, 2016 - PRLog -- Staying young is one of the things I prayed for when growing up. I used to ask God "Please do not make me ugly and do not make me fat" and even at my age He has answered my request.

You can reverse the aging process, slow it down and prevent getting old at all. Yes, you will mature, but you will not grow old. This is what I talk about in this book.

I've discovered the secret to youth. I didn't get a face lift.  I have not paid for expensive products. I do not apply massive amounts of beauty products to my face or body. I do not wear much makeup, and I am healthy as a child in mind, body and spirit. I want to share my secrets with you.

Just because you are getting older does not mean that your body has to conform to the age you are. You can defy age right now every day of your life for the rest of your life just like I have done.

I encourage you to do what I have done over the years.  Keeping your skin looking younger. Staying fit and trim. Eating healthy. Getting involved in activities that promote healthy living. Eating foods and taking vitamin supplements that promote heath longevity and youthfulness.

Whatever age you are, start now by taking care of yourself. Do not wait. You can still change the course of the rest of the life by eating healthy and taking care of your body and your mind right now.

You may think that because you are getting older that your life has passed you by but that could not be farther from the truth.  You still have a lot of life left in you each day is a gift from God that is why it is call the present. If you are still breathing and have breath in your body, then you can still make a difference.
