John Podesta and his Clients, Hillary and Bill Clinton are Committing Violations of RICO

WASHINGTON - Nov. 8, 2016 - PRLog -- Codefore Publishing alleges that the alliance between Hillary, Bill Clinton and John Podesta and their respective enterprises are and have been committing violations of the US Constitution, Federal Racketeering,' RICO'  Act, Federal Tax regulations, and other Federal Criminal violations.

J.D. Benish, editor and proprietor of Codefore Publishing said,

"We have been looking into and publishing articles on the Clinton activities in Arkansas for years." "This year John Podesta came into the picture for us and it's a wonder he didn't surface earlier.  We just didn't know or believe the enormous size or the totality of the criminal enterprises we were investigating.  We found it hard to believe the amount of money involved."

Benish said that John Podesta was vetted because his name was connected with several suspected enterprises and the fact that he was and is the political campaign manager for Obama, and the Clintons had nothing to do with it. "We just over looked him. His name didn't pop up as a suspect in Arkansas, or in the Obama election. He has done a good job of staying in the shadows and when  keeping high profile political postions,"

Benish said that he and his investigators were surprised to learn that Podesta was not only the money man for Obama and the Clintons but had a personal fortune that fed off of the candidates and their positions in the Federal Government. He said that Podesta was a politician's connection to money and in return they became his ability to sell influence in Federal matters.  He said that the Podesta name is and was revered in Washington as a must have in your corner if you want to get elected.

Benish, a retired police investigator said that its no wonder that James Comey went along with the Clinton's addenda.  "Comey's public statements about the FBI investigations were not only inaccurate but were comical." Anyone who is or who has been a police investigator, especially the FBI agents themselves know that the Hillary Clinton  investigations according to Comey was not presented within Supreme Court Rules and Guidelines. "

Benish said he has known many FBI agents over the years and like any police agency there are good and not so good investigators and since its inception the FBI has the reputation of a 'no nonsense' police agency that prides itself in complete accurate investigations that are ready for the prosecution. "In fact, Benish said "The FBI is and has been the agency that provides advanced investigation training available to all police agencies, National and International." "Comey is not the Federal prosecutor and apparently was ordered to speak on behalf of Federal Attorney."

 He said this has been done in the past but is unusual and not recommended  because it gives the impression that the FBI, the investigation branch of the Department of Justice, is also the Prosecutor of the Department of Justice. They are not one in the same. He also said that the FBI agents he knows are good, moral constitutional supporting investigators and Comey's actions and statements do not do them or the FBI justice.

Benish went on to say that all of  Comey's statements appeared to be an attempt to influence the public's  political opinions of Hillary Clinton, and all of his statements were limited to Clintons emails and her protection of classified documents.

"No one has mentioned the massive money laundering allegations, or the outright theft of public funds that have surrounded the Clinton's since the 1970's." he said. "In fact, if your in a Federally elected position representing any party, its likely that you have violated Federal Racketeering laws. " It's obvious". He said. "A typical US Senator is elected on a shoe string, with much outside support, and within a few years is suddenly a millionaire. "

Benish said that the alleged money laundering, RICO act violations are not the only crimes that surround the Clintons. He also said that these violations are not limited just to the Clintons. "There's indications that many Congressional and Senatorial seats on both sides of the isle  are involved as well as prior Republican Presidents, but the Clintons' and John Podesta are blatant and cavalier about their impunity."

Benish said that there is much information coming out about the "Clinton Family Foundation" and its integration into the United States Government positions and that is sort of how Podesta has avoided the limelight."  "His Center for American Progress Foundation's  tax returns reflect small if any profits."  "How is it that this small Charity can sign for a 25 billion dollar Federally guaranteed Department of Energy loan?"

He said that if the truth be known, the Clintons are the small fish in the pond. It's John Podesta that should be scrutinized.  He said, "Hey if Codefore can find good solid indications of Organized Crime and do it in just two weeks,  you would think that the FBI would be interested, especially in light of the fact that Podesta doesn't have the political presence that the President of the United States has.  Or does he?" …..http://www.codeforeblog.com
