Denis McCusker Joins Doster Ullom & Boyle

ST. LOUIS - Nov. 7, 2016 - PRLog -- Doster, Ullom & Boyle, LLC, announced today that Denis McCusker has joined the Firm.

McCusker's practice includes corporate finance, real estate, commercial and corporate transactions and international law. He has served as counsel to major corporations based in St. Louis and elsewhere in connection with domestic and international transactions for many years, and has worked extensively with banks and small businesses.  He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Harvard Law School.

McCusker, who previously was a partner in the Bryan Cave firm, rejoins John Boyle and Greg Willard at the Firm, both of whom also previously were Bryan Cave partners.
