GAINESVILLE, Ga. - Nov. 7, 2016 - PRLog -- NAK Kiln Services has today signed an agreement to acquire Vulcan Machinery, a US-based supplier of kiln engineering services for the cement, paper, recycling and minerals industries.

Vulcan Machinery is a well-established international engineering services provider that specializes in the design, rebuild, repairs, engineering, and construction maintenance, reconditioning and repair of kilns and related plant processing systems equipment with a strong track record.

The acquisition of Vulcan Machinery is a natural extension of NAK Kiln Services' Customer Services business and fits perfectly the service offerings to cement, paper and minerals customers worldwide.
