Rap Snacks Reveals New Wavy Potato Chip: Lil Boosie "Louisiana Heat"

Rap Snacks were created by James "Fly" Lindsay in 1994. Rap Snacks features a wide variety of popular rappers, as well as several lesser-known or up-and-coming artists. Each with its own distinct flavor. The packaging of each variety features an illustrated version of the rapper on the front and an inspirational quote from the artist on the back.

The latest collaboration is Baton Rouge, Louisiana native Lil Boosie. Rap Snacks feel that Lil Boosie is an inspiration to Hip Hop Culture. Lil Boosie has had his share of setbacks. At one point, he battled kidney cancer, was imprisoned, and living with diabetes. Boosie's sheer determination is one for the record books. He often says, "Sometimes you need those bad days, because it helps you truly appreciate the good ones." This positive outlook helped Boosie complete his GED while he was incarcerated in 2013.  His cancer was successfully removed during surgery and he is not just living with diabetes he is thriving choosing to live a healthier more balanced life.

Rap Snacks recently relaunched the packaging featuring the faces of these artists in June 2016 along with two new flavors. Migos 'flavored chips, Sour Cream with a Dab of Ranch and Fetty Wap's, Honey Jalapeño chips. Previous faces of the brand included Ol' Dirty Bastard, Warren G, The Big Tymers, Yung Joc, Romeo Miller, Master P, Meek Mill and many more!

The brand is encouraging customers to share their Rap Snack experiences by using the hashtag #RAPSNACKSIGOTCHIPS and gives them an opportunity to hear unreleased music, win concert tickets and merchandise from the artists.
