Mystic Ink Publishing Slashes Prices Across The Board For All Titles In All Formats

SAN DIEGO - Nov. 2, 2016 - PRLog -- Mystic Ink Publishing has fourteen titles coming out in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Norwegian, French, and German. In order to position books fairly for these foreign language markets, the pricing of these titles had to be adjusted to take value added taxes (VAT) and other hidden costs into consideration when setting pricing, which revealed a disparity between English language versions and those in other languages.

In response to this new analysis, the prices on all of Mystic Ink's print and ebook titles have been reduced to "level the playing field" and make its books accessible to different economies and socioeconomic conditions worldwide.

Among Mystic Ink's offerings are short stories, a highly acclaimed historical novel, science fiction, horror, and supernatural thriller novels, a memoir, and two 1st Place International Book Award winning nonfiction titles.

The historical novel of first contact between shamans and Jesuits in 18th century South America, titled, Land Without Evil received rave reviews along with a San Diego Book Award and was adapted into a full-length stage and sky show performed by an Austin Texas aerial group. The making of the show was the subject of a PBS series, Arts in Context episode, which garnered an EMMY nomination. Land Without Evil is now available in Spanish and will soon be released in Portuguese and German language editions.
