BREA, Calif. - Nov. 1, 2016 - PRLog -- The LuTran Team has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties and are now operating from the company's Brea office. Ashley and Brandon LuTran, along with their team, have been working in Southern California real estate since 2006 and specialize in investment, multi-unit and rural properties.

Ashley and Brandon LuTran's work with the diverse Asian community in San Gabriel includes an expansive language base. "Ashley speaks two dialects of Chinese, Cantonese, Vietnamese and English," said LuTran. "I speak two different dialects of Chinese, Mandarin, English and Vietnamese. Together we work with clients of many Asian cultures."

Brandon LuTran worked in the technology sector prior to his career in real estate and said Berkshire Hathaway's use of technology significantly enhances its marketing capabilities both locally and internationally. "Growing up in the technology age, we are able to expand our business and reach to new audiences online," he said.
