"Indian Cooking" class by TMCC open to public

RENO, Nev. - Oct. 31, 2016 - PRLog -- Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) is offering class on "Indian Cooking", which is open to the public.

All are welcome to sign-up for "Indian Cooking" (FB124C/22947), four sessions class taught from 06-00 to 07-30 pm on Tuesdays, starting November one,at Damonte Ranch High School (room 117), 10500 Rio Wrangler Pkwy, Reno 89521. Tuition is $79 (with discount available for seniors) plus a $20 materials cost.

Indian cuisine reflects about 5,000-years history of various groups & cultures interacting within the subcontinent. Staple foods eaten today in India are said to have been cultivated there since about 6,200 BCE.
