GZA promotes Matthew Smith to Associate Principal

NORWOOD, Mass. - Oct. 27, 2016 - PRLog -- GZA, a leading environmental and geotechnical consulting firm, announces that Matthew Smith, P.E., LSP has been promoted to Associate Principal in the Norwood, Massachusetts office.

A resident of Franklin, Massachusetts Smith joined GZA in 1993; he specializes in environmental and geotechnical assessment, design and construction/development in addition to solid waste design, construction and permitting.

Smith earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Norwich University, Military College of Vermont and his Master's degree in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from Northeastern University.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Massachusetts and Connecticut and a registered Licensed Site Professional in Massachusetts.
