By: IntegraCare The animals from Warriors Mark Alpacas will visit during the Halloween event held from 3 to 5 p.m. at the senior living community located at 5546 East Pleasant Valley Boulevard in Tyrone. "The residents and our team are very excited about the alpacas," said Debra Webb, Activities Coordinator at Colonial Courtyard at Tyrone. "Two different daycare groups also will be at our community that afternoon, which will make it even more exciting. The seniors are eager to hand out treat bags to the youngsters." Webb said children from Caterpillar and Autumn's Wonderland daycares in Tyrone will visit at 2:30 p.m. "Our residents always enjoy seeing children come in and they really like to hand out the treat bags," Webb said. "The children really look forward to the visits, especially at Halloween. With the alpacas on hand, the kids will really be excited." The event actually will be educational to two generations. "Our seniors will have an opportunity to interact with the children and the alpacas," Webb said. "The owner of the alpacas will educate the seniors and the children about the alpacas."
