City Mall Casts a Pink Light for Breast Cancer Awareness

AMMAN, Jordan - Oct. 23, 2016 - PRLog -- Amman, Jordan (October 2016) – City Mall, the city's favourite, was lit up in pink for three days to raise awareness during October's Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

City Mall, started working on this initiative few years ago, in line with its corporate social responsibility towards the Jordanian society to raise awareness and encourage all to learn more on how to prevent it and reduce its chances. This year, in addition to lighting the building's exterior, the mall's management distributed pink ribbon pins to the tenants to be placed on their window's mannequins.

Commenting on City Mall's continuous support in raising awareness on breast cancer, Mrs. Maram Enaya, Commercial Manager at City Mall said: "We believe that breast cancer awareness can leave a huge impact and save lives. This October, City Mall joins the global initiative to honor those who have battled breast cancer, and to trigger a reminder for women in our community to get regular exams for the early detection and learn more on how to prevent it and reduce its chances
