Bianconi Coming to West 3rd Street

LOS ANGELES - Oct. 21, 2016 - PRLog -- – BIANCONI, the latest restaurant from international restaurateur Fabrizio Bianconi, will be opening its first location on the well-known West 3^rd Street in Los Angeles this fall. BIANCONI is the second eatery, after Via Veneto in Santa Monica, to come from Fabrizio Bianconi.

BIANCONI will bring an authentic essence of Italian cuisine to its Los Angeles customers. Influenced by the unique flavors and ingredients of the Mediterranean, BIANCONI's menu highlights fresh crudos and carpaccio along with a delectable selection of dishes cooked in a hand forged wood-burning hearth grill. With a world-class cocktail program and an extensive international wine list,  the dining experience will be incomparable.

The interior is inspired by the novel motif of the Italian-European vintage-industrial look. Classic brick arches provide an atrium-like ambiance with façade doors that open to create an indoor-outdoor feel for alfresco dining. The 4360 sqft. space will also have a large, centralized bar; two fire places and an open grill area, adding to the warmth of the restaurant. The 140-seat space was formerly occupied by the restaurant Ortolan. After a re-vamping, it was clear that key architectural features that made the spot popular would complement the space's new and distinctive vibes.
