Hurricane BTW in Ft. Lauderdale Becomes First Restaurant in Florida to Offer The Crowler®,

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Oct. 19, 2016 - PRLog -- Hurricane BTW, a new fast casual restaurant concept developed by the national Hurricane Grill & Wings brand and located in Ft. Lauderdale, recently became the first restaurant in Florida to offer the CROWLER®. The CROWLER is a one-use, recyclable 32-oz can that is filled and seamed right in front of the customer. Hurricane BTW guests can now enjoy Funky Buddha, Copper Point, 26 Degrees and Sam Adams on tap as well as in a take-home CROWLER.

The first CROWLER in a Florida restaurant was installed at Hurricane BTW in August 2016. It allows guests to fill up a 32oz beer of their choice; there are four currently on tap at Hurricane BTW. After the can is filled, it is sealed and labeled. Benefits of the CROWLER include: three-day shelf life for beers; customers can take beers to go along with their wings; and now after watching the game, guests can have their leftovers poured in a CROWLER and take it with them!

This is a tabletop design modified to work with aluminum and height adjusted to accommodate the CROWLER height and allows you to take home one-off and specialty beers. The CROWLER has 68% recycled content and also is infinitely recyclable.

Hurricane BTW targets the millennial crowd with its fast casual service, fun and energetic in-store design and atmosphere, and high-quality yet simple menu options. Menu offerings include: burgers, tacos (fish and chicken), wings, chicken tenders, salads (honey pecan and cabana blue), beer (draft, bottle, and local craft), and now The Crowler!

The first Hurricane BTW is located at 5975 North Federal Highway, #104, in Ft. Lauderdale. Hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. More than 100 locations are expected throughout the United States by 2019.
