NAAFA Stands Up for Human Rights during this Election Cycle

FOSTER CITY, Calif. - Oct. 19, 2016 - PRLog -- NAAFA, a civil rights organization working for Equality at Every Size, stands with anyone whose human rights are being violated as a result of the hate speech being promulgated by those that seek to be placed in a position of authority over our nation. We stand:

·        With women against the promotion of sexual assault, demeaning and fat-shaming attitudes and actions that are being brought to the forefront during this election cycle.

·        With those that are being defamed, degraded and dehumanized for their race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, body size or disability.

·        With those whose constitutional rights under law are being threatened.

·        With those being positioned as a threat to national security because of their body size.

The present political race has become a matter of national ethics for voters to decide who they believe will best govern our country and represent ALL the people of the United States.

NAAFA does not endorse any particular party or candidate. We do, however, ask you the voter to carefully consider who you believe will, by their actions if elected, work to ensure the civil and human rights of ALL the members of our nation.

We urge you to get out to the polls and VOTE!
