Cyber Safety Expert From Our Nation's Capital Comes To Houston

DALLAS - Oct. 17, 2016 - PRLog -- Several Houston parents are extremely concerned about their children's online activity. A group of dedicated mothers are hosting Sip and Cyber, an event dedicated to raising awareness about cyber safety issues plaguing today's children. Cyber Safety Expert Reginald S. Corbitt, is the founder of SafeCyber, whose mission is to educate and promote cyber awareness to schools, community organizations, parents and caretakers of youth.

The host of the event met Mr. Corbitt on travel. After receiving information and resources from Corbitt on keeping her children safe online, she invited Corbitt to share his expertise with other parents in a setting that was less informal than that of a conference or meeting. The event is by invitation only and will take place Friday, November 4, 2016 at 6:30pm at a private residence.

Reginald travels the country spreading awareness about cyberbullying, social media app dangers, online predators and digital parenting. SafeCyber is a proud partner of STOP. THINK. CONNECT., the global cyber security education and awareness campaign led by the National Cyber Security Alliance and in partnership with the Department of Homeland Security.
