GROSSE POINTE, Mich. - Oct. 17, 2016 - PRLog -- The Big Salad (http://www.thebigsalad.net./) has awarded the franchise at its Charlotte, Michigan, location to local residents and business owners Eric and Morene McGill.

The restaurant, "NOURISH by The Big Salad," is in AL!VE, the experience-based destination health care park operated by Hayes Green Beach Memorial Hospital and located just southwest of Lansing.

"NOURISH by The Big Salad" offers its fresh food menu to patrons in the health park's café with more than 17 million possible combinations of hand-crafted iceberg, romaine or spinach salad combinations, with a choice of 40 toppings and 30 varieties of dressings. Diners may also choose from a selection of freshly-made sandwiches and wraps, and soup options featuring longtime customer favorites, plus an ever-changing array of flavors.

In addition, "NOURISH by The Big Salad" has an expanded menu that includes smoothies, fresh fruits, breakfast selections and specialty coffees.

Located at 800 W. Lawrence Avenue in Charlotte, the restaurant is open Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. It is closed Sundays.
