PNC Bank breaks the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) and settles in court

FLANDERS, N.J. - Oct. 13, 2016 - PRLog -- PNC Bank has not only broken the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) with an individual, they have also broken it with a credit reporting agency. In court only hours ago, Shawn Adamo, CPA and President of Guaranteed Credit Fix (www.guaranteedcreditfix.com) was awarded a settlement from PNC.
